Diplo: The latest white musician to misrepresent Pakistan
The Grammy-nominated DJ came to Islamabad to play a show for the elite and later uploaded a picture of himself in a slum

American DJ Diplo will return to Pakistan in February 2018
Diplo is set to return to Pakistan for a concert, revealed the popular American DJ on Twitter yesterday.
In a video message, he says, "What’s up, Pakistan? This is Diplo! We’re bringing Mad Decent Block Party (MDBP) to you early in February 2018! Details coming out really soon!"
Mad Decent Block Party is a multi-stop concert series organised by Diplo, in which several electronic dance music acts perform. This will be the first time that Diplo brings his travelling music fest to this part of the world.
However, this won't be Diplo's first time in Pakistan.The DJ last performed in Islamabad as recently as February 2016.
In his tweet, Diplo tagged Islamabad-based music duo Adil Omar and Talal Qureshi, who have been instrumental in bringing the DJ to Pakistan and with whom he frequently collaborates.
