YouTube is taking us on a trip down memory lane with its 'Rewind' videos and playlists that document exactly what was hot in 2017.

In Shape of 2017, we get a glimpse of everything that went viral in 2017. From popular songs like 'Despacito' and 'Shape of You' to trends like fidget spinners and salt bae memes, it has it all. Popular YouTubers joined forces to make this vivid recap, which also recalls all the tragedies around the globe, reminding everyone that now is the time to unite.

And what were some of Pakistan's most-loved music videos in 2017? YouTube gives us a look:

1) Zaalima

That's right! Mahira Khan and Shah Rukh Khan snapped up the #1 position most watched video with 'Zaalima' from Raees.

2) Pehli Dafa

Atif Aslam's single with Ileana D'Cruz was an instant hit, what with it basically being a guide to the first date.

3) Despacito

'Despacito' has been one of the most popular tracks globally, and Pakistanis couldn't get enough of it either!

4) No Makeup

Bilal Saeed and Bohemia joined forces for this track and it seemed to be a success.

5) Shape of You

Ed Sheeran's biggest track was definitely on many Pakistanis' playlists. We might have made this one trend a lot, though, that soft beat was just too good!

6) Baazi

Sahir Ali Bagga and Aima Baig did a collab for Coke Studio season 10 and their track from Episode 3 was a favourite for many.

7) Fi Ha (Burak Balkan Remix)

This Arabic remixed track is an addition not many expected but Pakistanis loved it.

8) The Sibbi Song

The song that made Abid Brohi a household name! Had to be on this list.

9) Kaif O Suroor

This little teaser from Na Maloom Afraad 2's dance number got everyone intrigued. We're sure Sadaf Kanwal had a huge part to play here, but can't deny the song is fun.

10) Pakistan's National Anthem (the Coke Studio version)

Coke Studio brought out all the big guns for their rendition of the National Anthem and that got them a good number of views.
