Malala and Priyanka Chopra can't stop fangirling over each other

What happens when a Nobel Peace Prize winner and a Bollywood star meet at the UN General Assembly?

UN-deniable chemistry... we swear it sounded funny in our heads.

Malala Yousafzai and Priyanka Chopra met at UNGA on Tuesday and immediately hit it off. PeeCee, who is a Goodwill ambassador of UNICEF and Malala, the youngest ever UN Messenger of Peace were present at the event to discuss the dire need for girl's education.

After the talks, the two posed together for a selfie. And Malala, the Bollywood buff that she is, couldn't help but fangirl over the desi girl.

And wouldn't you know it, Priyanka turned out to be a bigger fan of Malala.

She even posted their selfie on Instagram and gushed about Malala.

"Malala, you are an undeniable force to be reckoned with. You are a role model to all the girls and boys that want to make this world a better place for the future," wrote Priyanka.

"I realised you're also just a young girl with young dreams. Your jokes, Your love for Hindi Films, your infectious laughter will always remind me of what a huge responsibility you have taken on at such a tender age... I'm so proud to know you my friend. You inspire women like me all over the world. Can't wait to speak to u in our secret Hindi/Urdu again."

In addition to their meet, the young Nobel laureate also got a chance to talk with Nikolaj CosterWaldau (aka Game of Thrones' Jamie Lannister) at the event.

And the star was just as honoured to have met Malala.
