Watch Fahad Mustafa destroy his rivals in this push-up challenge

A lot of bounces, upward dogs and awkward floor humps later, people on Fahad Mustafa's show Jeeto Pakistan complete the 50 push-up challenge. Sadly, we're still cringing.

It's safe to say push-ups have become the new fad in Pakistan, whether they're performed on the cricket field or posed as a challenge to political rivals. There's no escaping them. It started when the Swag King himself — Sindh Sports Minister — challenged his Punjab counterpart to 50 push-ups (why is it always 50?), which then led to a host of push-up challenges from one opponent to another.

Now, they're also happening on TV shows. Ding ding ding Fahad Mustafa's Jeeto Pakistan.

Hareem Farooq, before appearing on Fahad Mustafa's show dared the host to do 50 push-ups. In the past, we've seen how these push-ups seem to stir up men; regardless of age, they're dead set on proving their.. erm.. stamina?

And Fahad Mustafa is no exception.

In front of the Dobara Phir Se team, including Hareem, he, along with a few of his guests on the show, got on the floor and didn't stop doing push-ups till the crowd counted to 50. Fahad's form and technique were on point, his entourage, eh, not so much.

Needless to say, we spotted a lot of Salman Ahmads struggling and failing to keep up with each push-up (and not embarrass themselves in front of their ladyloves).

Some went slow, others tried to go at Fahad's pace and ahem one gentleman to the actor's left was so enthusiastic that had the floor been an animate thing, it might've sued him for sexual harassment.

Another, wearing a red and white checkered button down, didn't even realise how many upward dogs he did in fast forward, he's definitely in Modi's league.

Here's a much better view:

We love ourselves an obsession, don't we? Wonder what's after the push-up challenge, burpees?
