Mahira Khan features in the new Raees poster and we're swooning

Promotions shomotions. So what if Mahira Khan has been barred from promoting Raees in India? The star has enough sizzle to cause a commotion just by appearing opposite Shah Rukh Khan on the new Raees poster!

This morning SRK shared two new looks on Twitter for the January release, each showing a different side to the film.

The first is a picture of Shah Rukh Khan looking 'zaalima' in a black keffiyeh style head wrap and aviators.

The second one has a battered Shah Rukh Khan leaning against Mahira Khan.This is the first time another character has shared space with SRK in a Raees poster. And she looks good with him!

SRK tweeted the poster with the poster's tagline 'Tu shama hai toh yaad rakhna... Main bhi hoon parwana... (If you are a flame, do remember, I'm a moth)'.

From the looks of it, Mahira Khan may have a small role in the film but it is by no means insignificant.

Maybe the tagline is a hint for an upcoming song? We shall find out soon enough! Raees is set for release January 25.

A mega-blockbuster one can declare it well before its release since two megastars are acting in this movie. May break all Bollywood records this year.

Its a very big deal for Mahira Khan. The posters are also on the front page of most English newspapers here in India. But I cannot understand the hype.

When Indians cast pakistani stars in their films it is not out of love for pakistan, it is purely commercial, they want to make money out of our super stars. We just don't understand this.

Good luck to Mahira.. The film looks very stylish, hope the content is as good. Pakistani movie buffs must watch Dangal. Absolutely great film in many respects. Probably Aamir's best.

@Mahesh Ali Bhatt There is no rule that an actor has to be good looking. He needs to be able to act. A great looking guy who can't act is hard to sell.

@bk Looks difficult , because India is not selling its latest movies to Pakistan thats why only baar baar dekho and freaky ali is being played in pak cinemas and these both were bought in september during ban days so even if india sells us their new movies then goverment has to approve and sign NOC which seems not possible as our PM is busy after that PAK censor board has to give green signals after cuts here and there to give it a go so seems impossible atleast till March even Dangal will be shown in Cinemas but not this month or so it will take time . I am so dissapointed wanted to see Raees 1st day in cinema oh noooooooooooooooooo !!!

@Zulfiqar After this movies release she will be a star in Bollywood. Any actress who has worked with SRK has never looked back. besides that she is one of the brilliant actress I have seen in Pakistani Dramas.
