Reality star Kourtney Kardashian's husband Travis Barker hospitalised in LA due to medical emergency

Blink 182 drummer Travis Barker was rushed to a hospital in Los Angeles Wednesday, accompanied by wife Keeping Up with the Kardashians star Kourtney Kardashian.

TMZ, who was the first to report the news, released photos that showed the Blink 182 drummer being wheeled on a stretcher outside of Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in LA while wife Kardashian was seen following him. Details about his condition have not been revealed yet.

According to TMZ, the couple first arrived at the West Hills Hospital and Medical Center for a health issue of Barker's but the medical staff at the centre saw the need for additional care. The drummer was then rushed to Cedars-Sinai.

Netizens have been concerned ever since the news broke out, especially considering Barker's last tweet that read "God save me". Despite the strange timing, there's some consolation keeping in mind that his upcoming track with Machine Gun Kelly is titled the same though the couple's representatives haven't released any statements yet about his health.

Following Barker's hospitalisation, his daughter Alabama Luella took to Instagram to ask for prayers.

The couple officially got engaged last October. They broke the news with photos of a proposal on the beach, surrounded by red roses and candles. Barker and Kardashian were longtime friends who took their relationship a step further. He even made cameo appearances on Keeping Up With The Kardashians. They officially tied the knot last month, with several wedding ceremonies, including one in Italy.

Despite her long-term relationship with former partner Scott Disick, with whom she shares three kids — Mason, Penelope and Reign Disick — this marriage will be Kardashian's first. Whereas for Barker, this is his third time down the aisle as he had been married previously to Melissa Kennedy and American model Shanna Moakler with whom he shares two kids — Alabama and Landon Asher Barker.
