Shahroz Sabzwari and Syra Yousuf announce ending their marriage

In December, rumours starting floating about that Shahroz Sabzwari and Syra Sharoz are getting divorced.

At the time, the couple had denied the rumours, revealing that the two have been separated for six months. However, they have now revealed that they are indeed ending their marriage.

Syra, who has now changed her name back to Syra Yousuf, posted on her Instagram that irreconcilable differences led to them ending their marriage.

"Our only hope at what is a difficult time for each of us is that both of us can continue to be the best possible parents for our daughter."

Shahroz also put up a post saying the same thing:

He added that he hopes, "she will continue to enjoy and reciprocate the love and respect to which she, and both her parents, are entitled to."

Both Shahroz and Syra made a request to "both the media and the public to respect our privacy at this difficult time."
