Animated film Allahyar and the Legend of Markhor is now on Netflix

Animated family film Allahyar and the Legend of Markhor is now on Netflix!

The film, which premiered in Pakistani cinemas on February 2 last year, is available for viewing and download on the popular video streaming platform, announced the production house 3rd World Studio.

Allahyar follows the adventures of the young titular hero who embarks on a quest to take on the animal poachers in his hometown. On the way, he befriends a markhor named Mehru and other animals like a snow leopard and a chukar (partridge).

Directed and written by Uzair Zaheer Khan, the film features the voice talents of Anum Zaidi, Natasha Humera Ejaz, Ali Noor, Azfar Jafri, Abdul Nabi Jamali, Arieb Azhar, Hareem Farooq, Ali Rehman Khan and Arshad Mehmood.

The film is estimated to have made over Rs5 crore in the Pakistani box office.
