Wajahat Rauf announces next film Chhalawa

Wajahat Rauf has long been teasing fans with hints about his next movie. Now, he's ready to officially announce some details.

In a fun, colourful video on Facebook, Rauf and his cast announce that their film is titled *Chhalawa*:

The video confirms that the film's cast includes Mehwish Hayat, Azfar Rahman, Zara Noor Abbas, Asad Siddiqui, Ashir Wajahat, Mahmood Aslam and Adnan Shah Tipu. From the looks of the video, the film appears to be a lighthearted love story.

Apart from directing the film, Wajahat has also written and produced it, while Shazia Wahajat The film's music has been done by Shiraz Uppal and styling and wardrobe has been handled by Muneeb Nawaz and Asma Sohail Hashmi.

Chhalawa will be an Eid ul Fitr 2019 release, which means it will clash with Bilal Lashari's Legend Of Maula Jutt and Yasir Nawaz's Wrong No 2 in the box office.
