Musician Jimmy Khan expresses sorrow over Quetta polling station attack

The patriotic fervour pervading Pakistan today was punctuated by tragedy in Quetta, where a suicide blast outside a polling station has killed 31 people.

Musician Jimmy Khan spoke for many when he tweeted, "The day we feel we might’ve taken a step forward, incidents like these move us back ten."

The polling station has resumed operation after a halt of a few hours, leading Fakhr-e-Alam to rightfully commend the resilience of the people of Pakistan.
