Salman Khan will inaugurate a driving centre in Dubai

Salman Khan has a history with cars... and not a pleasant one.

In a surprise (and shocking) move by Dubai based driving school Belhasa Driving Centre, the Bollywood star has been invited to inaugurate the company's latest branch in Al Quoz, Dubai, reported Gulf News.

The company, which aims to promote expert yet safe driving in the nation, will hold a private, invite-only ceremony Thursday evening on September 7.

It wasn't long before people reacted to the news.

Salman has been invited along with UAE based social media personality Rashid Belhasa to the inauguration.

The centre will feature in-house eye testing, VIP training facilities in Range Rover and Mercedes motors, as well as a training department dedicated to women.

Quite sure they could've found someone else from Bollywood to the ceremony who did not have a hit-and-run trial filed against them. Just saying.
