5 lipsticks under Rs500 that you can buy in Pakistan right now

My lipstick obsession knows no bounds.

From high-end to drugstore, I can never resist a good lipstick. While I've had my share of Kylie Lipkits and MACs, I also head to the drugstore for Maybelline and Revlon.

But apart from hunting down every lipstick out there, my other fun hobby is checking out what goodies are available in the local market... It's a fun hobby to me so let's just leave it at that okay?

So my next challenge became finding good locally branded lipsticks. But that seemed too easy. I decided to impose a Rs 500 budget per lippie. Here are my top finds.

Clazona 24 hour Matte lipgloss (Liquid lipstick)

Price: Rs. 150

This right here is a holy grail product!

I've raved about these before but they deserve more love! These liquid lipsticks give any high-end ultra matte lipsticks a run for their money. Speaking of money, did we mention how cheap these are?

You can grab a handful and still save compared to that one high-end lippie that's on your wishlist. They're long-lasting and can put up a fight against the oiliest of food! I had nihari and mine still stuck by my side!

Medora lipsticks

Price: Rs. 100

One of many bazillion colours

These come in three finishes, matte, glossy and glitter. The spectrum of colours available means you'll have a shade available for every mood you're in. Want berry? Pink? Red? You name it, Medora has five different shades of it!

While the formula is like an average lipstick, with the price and colour choices, you can't go wrong!

Rivaj UK Diamond Shine Lipstick

Price: Rs. 219

While matte is the popular choice in lippies these days, don't miss out on these dazzlers. With packaging making you feel all elegant, the shimmer in these lipsticks is not chunky glitter that'll settle in the lip lines.

The formula is soft and it gives the right amount of sparkle to go with the summer!

Sweet Touch Plus Lipstick

Price: Rs. 450

The image does not do this shade justice! That nude was subtle and pretty

I've never been a huge fan of Sweet Touch lipsticks because the initial formula was too cakey and drying. But with this Plus range, Sweet Touch brings itself back in the lippie game.

They have a comfortable feel and can rival many drugstore brands easily. Also, the nudes in this range are definitely worth a try.

Dazz Matazz Velvet Sensation Lipstick

Price: Rs. 375

I did not have any expectations from this product which is why it felt even better

These semi-matte lippies by the Maxcare International brand have a satin finish that'll go with the everyday look without drying out your lips.

It lasts pretty long and doesn't settle in the fine lip lines. Also, how cute is the minty green packaging?

These brands are locally available at most superstores like Naheed, Imtiaz or Al-Fatah and can also be found online on sites like Daraz.pk.
