How to plan a 7-course meal at Karachi Eat 2017

A whopping 95 food stalls are serving their goods at Karachi Eat 2017 — and unfortunately, we can't eat everything on display.

We can, however, take advantage of the variety on offer.

Here's how to make a 7-course meal out of Karachi Eat fare.

Whet your appetite by popping in a mouthful of three cheese manakeesh from Manakeesh. Its subtle flavour will have you craving for the savouries to come.

Appetizer

You'd want something spicy and saucy after the manakeesh, and Crunch n Munch's Wild Vengeance Wings are it! Delicious, yet leaving room for much more.

Price: Rs300

OR

Breast & Loin served up the prettiest samosas with unexpected flavours. Who wouldn't want to try qeema/red bean samosas?

Soup

You'll thank us when you're slurping cream of chicken soup from Knorr. It'll warm you from the inside! You'll need that today.

Get a dose of protein a little early on the menu with tenderloin strips from Meat Up, served with a generous garnishing of greens.

Palate Cleanser

Take a break and pop in a paan chocolate from Coco 9 to refresh your mouth. You'll be on to the next half of your course in no time.

Main Course

The Jucy Lucy Gouda Burger is probably the most-talked-about burger at Karachi Eat for good reason. The patty is stuffed with cheese!

OR

The Thai red curry from Sugaries is special because it's made from fresh, homemade cocunut milk and cream and ingredients brought in from Thailand!

Dessert

The Ferrero Rocher Waffles from The Waffle Cart should satisfy your sweet tooth. If not, there's still more on the course for you.

Beverage

Sneak in a second dessert, cos the paan shot is not only not shot-sized, but also contains blended ice-cream spiked with paan flavouring.
