Lindsay Lohan just wrote a poem and she says it's for ISIS.

The Mean Girls star, who has been vocal about the plight of Syr ian refugees, took to Instagram and posted a poem she wrote about the crisis in Syria.

In the poem, where she expresses her frustration about not being able to do enough for people suffering in Syria, Lindsay refers to ISIS as having "idle" minds and expresses her desire to "fix" them.

Will this poetic debut be followed by a book? It's possible. Lindsay's initial caption on Instagram said "...written by me from my upcoming book" but has now been amended to read "LL book - truth is being honest".

Aside from her literary endeavours, Lindsay has been engaged in humanitarian work for Syrian refugees. According to Page Six, she visited a refugee camp in Turkey in October, where she assisted doctors in giving medical check-ups to children.

Asked if she filming any movies, she said she “would be interested in working on a film about refugees.”
