Selfie of the week: Shaista Lodhi looks like a proud patriot

It's Selfie Saturday!

Okay, it's less of a selfie and more of a shot but we love it anyway! After being MIA for some time, television personality Shaista Lodhi is back with a bang, particularly on Instagram.

Who's in it?

Clad in cool hues, Pakistani cricketer Shoaib Malik, who bagged 245 runs in his first Test against England, strikes a pose with TV host Lodhi.

Who looks the best?

We're liking Shaista's get-up; the messy hair with the flannel buttondown and light sky blue denim. Coupled with those aviators, she sure looks fly!

What stands out?

Shaista's arm candy -- and we don't mean Malik by that! Her adorable Pakistani flag satchel caught our eye the most!

Selfie rating

Star power: Shoaib Malik is easily one of the more likeable Pakistani cricketers and Shaista's celeb status among the television audience is evident. An easy 8.5/10.

Angle: The million dollar question: they didn't take it themselves, so is it still a selfie? Well, according to the guys at Merriam-Webster, you have to take it yourself. However, we're letting a little cheating slide because getting the right angle trumps the nitty-gritties and the duo got the angle right in this picture. 9/10

Lighting: Sunlight is the best light and Lodhi knows that! Though we get the feeling she used the Valencia filter because the picture looks a tad too yellow. 8/10

Blur factor: For a picture taken by someone else i.e not the front camera, it could have been a sharper image. Perhaps it's time to invest in a new phone for the two of them! 7.5/10
