Exercise is a luxury not affordable by most. But like your article suggests much can be tone from home. You can buy a few hand weights, a step bench (or make one from wood), get some good trainers and a mat and do exercise from home. Sadly most people even in 2020 are alarmingly lazy and don't bother to exercise. Girls often let themselves go after marrying. Or they rely on home remedies which demands no physical effort from them other than mixing up something herbal or spice in water and hope to lose weight magically. They don't understand healthy and clean eating, calories, burning calories, or the importance of exercise for longer term health benefits as well as a more toned and healthy body. They want to take the easy ways out. No wonder most people have flat intoned bodies. Even young people who should be in better shape. Awareness of health benefits of exercise (for diabetes, obesity, heart issues, cholesterol ) need to be raised in schools and via governmental campaigns on TV.
