Remember when the first Sonic The Hedgehog trailer came out and left us... confused?

Sonic's first design garnered a lot of backlash from the fans and we don't blame them because...

After that debacle, Paramount pledged to redesign the look pushing the film's release further and now we finally have a new trailer showing the redesign and we have to admit, it's exactly what we asked for!

In the trailer, we see Sonic (voiced by Ben Schwartz) entering our dimension and the evil Doctor Robotnik, played perfectly by Jim Carrey, is out to steal his powers and James Marsden as Sheriff Tom Wachowski must help our favourite blue hedgehog.

This has to be one of the few times when fans' pleas were heard so this is a must watch.

Sonic is set to hit theaters on February 14, 2020.
