I felt bullied, says the social media influencer who was accused of misleading followers

Desi Bridezilla (Jaweriah Shahbaz) says she is the blogger Rebellious Brownie (Naiha J. Eiman's) was calling out online.

Last week Naiha J. Eiman (Rebellious Brownie) called out social media bloggers for misleading their followers. In her video she specifically pointed towards a fellow influencer, but chose to keep her anonymous.

Tuesday night, Jaweriah Shahbaz aka Instagram influencer Desi Bridezilla uploaded an IG video revealing that it was she who Naiha was referring to in her video. The blogger addressed Naiha's concerns one by one saying that after two days of silence she felt the need to come forward with her side of the story.

"I feel bullied," says Jaweriah in her video. Although Naiha did not name and shame me up front, but when people inboxed asking her who it was, she told them that it was me. That was very unethical, she said.

Taking on the issues Naiha pointed out in her video, Jaweriah broke them down and responded to each one.

1) "Naiha said she stopped me from posting the review of the product

We first spoke about the product (which is a laptop, Jaweriah revealed) when we [influencers] were unboxing. She asked if I was reviewing the product and I said yes - and that's when she was reviewing it too. And that was it. We never spoke about it after. When she says [in her video] she stopped me [from posting a positive review] like she did with everyone else, she did not do that with me.

2) "Naiha said the product wasn't used by me"

When I received the product, I checked the touch, the flap, etc. I also asked my husband to look over it as I had to return it and also because he is a tech person and we had to review the product from a layman's perspective. He explained ROM and RAM to me. All the bloggers who reviewed the product specifically mentioned that the speed of the laptop is slow. A few people personally reached out to me asking about the product and I guided them on what would be best suited to their needs. Everyone needs products according to their budget. I'm not here to compare I'm only here to review the product.

3) "Naiha said she confronted me about my review"

She posted a vague comment under my review, I deleted it without reading it properly. I inboxed her [Naiha] that I did not use the product because I had not checked the speed, my husband had. I also wrote I'm sorry I had to delete [your comment] because the agency had asked me to -- that was one lie I added because I did not want to be on bad terms with her. She did not reply to me. So when she specified about the confrontation that is totally false and a lie. I don't know how she can go on such a big platform and lie so bluntly about it when she had not confronted me. When she posted the rant I inboxed her that she should've at least talked to me before doing this and asked me the story behind it.

If you need a better product, you will invest more, of course. There are people who need a laptop for basics, it's handy, cheap and gets the job done in Rs29,000. What else do you expect in that amount? I thought the touch was perfect. Eevrything was good for me. What can I expect it to work like a Mac Book? If you have an iPhone and if you go use a 30k phone, you'll say it's crap because you get what you pay for.

Her parting message was, "Please always get to know both sides of the story before making any judgement. And if you ever feel bullied speak up. I felt bullied. I was quiet for two days, it was killing me inside because I knew that if I haven't done anything wrong then why am I quiet?"

Jaweriah received support from her followers. Many even hoped she and Naiha would reconcile.

Who are these people? Never heard of them before, much less about their dispute.

Advertising of a product not even tried once by the person advertising it is a documentary proof of a big dishonesty and fraud.
