No, they weren't alone. Fawad's best friend in B-Town, Karan Johar, was part of the secret getaway.

According to The Asian Age, after the IIFA ceremony in Madrid, the trio flew to Barcelona for a break.

"After everyone attended a film function award in Madrid, Karan, Deepika and Fawad took off for a fun vacation to Barcelona for a few days," a source told the publication.

We wonder what's cooking between these three. An upcoming KJo production, perhaps? It could happen, but we can only guess for now.

While there's no question about Fawad and KJo's bond, Fawad and Deepika, on the other hand, have recently sprouted a new friendship, one which we can't stop gushing over.

At the IIFA this year, Fawad Khan had the Bollywood actor swooning over him, she even went down on one knee for the Pakistani charmer.

And the pair was next seen on the runway together as showstoppers for Manish Malhotra at the Indian Couture Week 2016.

We'd be lying if we said we didn't want to see the couple together on-screen.

Fed up of Fawad's excessive media coverage. Is he the old good-looking actor in the sub-continent?

if Fawad Khan stop talking in Urdu and start talking in Hindi he is just a regular hot guy without romantic Urdu poetic dialogues which will not impress indian women.

@Himanshu "He is a flop actor here in India." I don't think that's true at all. There is a difference between the Salman Khan worshippers and those who actually appreciate good actors. The only movie I've seen of Fawad Khan is Kapoor and Sons, and I think he was exceptional. And I think I can safely say that many Indians feel the same way. There are many Pakistani actors/actresses in India. While most are flash in the pan type, Fawad Khan definitely has substance behind the hype.

Someone here is saying Fawad is flop in India.... then please bhai send him back on the first flight available... One guy said he is arrogant... well many stars get a bit arrogant with fame, you see Shahrukh is overflowing with it, sometimes even my best fav like Aamir also get a bit proud (sometimes I repeat, he is the best), Salman used to be hell of a proud guy but now he has improved in every aspect.... But Fawad and arrogant? .... which one of his interviews did I missed...?

@jawad : Who talks Hindi in Indian films, the language used is distorted version of Urdu mixed with street language.

@shubs Fawad may succeed. We will have to wait and see. Thus far, he was part one heroine dominated movie which was not a hit, then he was part of an ensemble movie where he was not the main character and now he has a bit part in a movie which has Ranbir, Aishwarya and Anushka as the main stars. If a couple of solo hero movies by Fawad become hit, then he can be considered successful. Among the younger lot, Arjun Kapoor, Ranveer Singh, Varun Dhawan, Siddharth Malhotra, Aditya Roy Kapoor, Tiger Shroff, Sushant Singh Rajput, Ayushman Khurana all have that.

Nothing against Faward, but seriously he lacks any personality of dashing hero, he is very feminine and girlish..at best...with ordinary acting skills...he is shorter and thinner than many Bollywood heroines.....I am amazed what's good about him? Never heard anything good about his acting and no one remembers any of his movies / dramas. This media coverage had further destroyed his potential to do something better.

@Sadiq Ali Bohra He is a grown up man to send him back. He makes his own choices. People have their opinions. But obviously Fawad is in India to make money. If Pak had any opportunity he would have stayed there.

@Abdulla Hussain What we have in bollywood is hindustani language which is mix of hindi, bhojpuri, urdu, awadhi remixed with mumbaiya (again a mix of north/west/east/south indian languages).

No longer a movie goer at 80 but just wish to point out puffiness under Fawad's eyes. Is this a safe / temporay problem?. Is it under control ?. Only asking out of consideration for him.

really? Aug 12, 2016 12:04am
@Afzal Actually Pakistani market is not that big for Bollywood movies. It gets less than 5% revenue compared to the revenue in India. Whatever revenue is there, most go to Pakistani cinema owners and very little goes to the Indian producers. In India people from neighbouring countries are routinely accepted as long as they have talent. It is not for gaining market. Example is Manisha Koirala from Nepal and Jacqueline Fernandes from Sri Lanka.

@jawad I saw Kapoor & Sons, he did an exceptional job had to say but I don't think he ever spoke Urdu. It would only make the public uncomfortable.
