After her film debut in Manto as Noor Jehan, Saba Qamar snapped up a lead role in Wajahat Rauf's highly awaited follow-up to Karachi Se Lahore, titled Lahore Se Aagey.

But she didn't just stop there to catch her breath after that shoot wrapped up; Saba headed to India right after for her big Bollywood break starring opposite Irrfan Khan.

The first sneak peaks from the upcoming untitled flick prove that the duo is sure to sizzle together.

Although not much has been revealed about the project yet, we do know that it will be directed by Saket Chaudhary of Shaadi Ke Side Effects and Pyaar Ke Side Effects fame.

Saba had earlier also shared a little bit about her character: "It's a family-oriented story of a husband and wife. It has a young, fresh vibe and the wife is a little dominating. People will surely like it. The film is a little like that Deepika film, Piku."

Irffan Khan is too overrated an actor. Although he has been very lucky to land a number of varied roles, the acting remains the same - the same trademark wide-eyed questioning look.

i am sure it will be a flop. In Bollywood if your first movie is a flop you are a flop no matter what. For example Sara Lourain (Mona Lisa) her first 3 movies were flop but Murder was a hit but still she is not consider a hit in Bollywood nor a star.

@timetostopthis Its obvious every one will que for what is appreciated by world community as country that SHELTERS, LOVE and practice INCLUSIVITY with all GOOD OR BAD. And do not boast or brandish ARSENALS . While DENYING crime of harbouring BAD ONES like Mulla OMAR or OSAMA. So why should question arise?

@timetostopthis there have been a few actresses. Also Nasiruddin Shah, Om Puri and a few well know actors have acted in Pakistani films and tv series. Problem is that Bollywood operates on a much larger scale. All about economics. Artists will perform wherever they get better opportunities.
