"Yalghaar is now scheduled to release in the first half of 2016," actor Gohar Rasheed revealed to Images, "Right now, the director is doing the 'patchwork' of the film, and is [occupied with] the film's post-production."

Talking about the shoot, he said, "It hasn't been that difficult to shoot in Angoori, considering the fact that we have such a good team and the director Dr. Hassan Waqas Rana was very clear with what he wanted. He gave me a guideline and I just followed it, so that made it very easy to play my character."

Gohar also shared one of his favourite experiences during the shoot: "We were shooting on top of a lush-green mountain and the weather was absolutely amazing. None of us felt tired or overexerted by the weather. One day, we were shooting while it was clear and sunny and within half an hour, dark clouds covered the sky and it started raining cats and dogs. We took shelter in a cave, where we had our lunch. It was a great experience and one of the most memorable moments of our shoot."
