After what felt like five years of hate speech, illogical rants and lots and lots of spam, Twitter has finally suspended Donald Trump’d account permanently — and naturally, people couldn't believe it; it was too good to be true.

Citing possible violence and misinterpretation as reasons, the social platform revealed the reason behind their move, making it clear that absolutely no one, was getting away with breaking their community guidelines.

"After close review of recent tweets from Donald Trump's account and the context around them, we have permanently suspended the account due to the risk of further incitement of violence," it stated.

Furthermore, they made clear that their public interest framework existed to enable users to hear from elected officials and world leaders directly, with people having the right to hold the powerful accountable and in the open.

"However, we made it clear going back years that these accounts are not above our rules and cannot use Twitter to incite violence. We will continue to be transparent around our policies and their enforcement," the team added.

Naturally, the internet went berserk at the news, with celebrities, giant corporations and the general public celebrating the move, excitedly.
