Indian cyclist Deborah Harold is getting a biopic and Jacqueline Fernandez is on board.

A source revealed to Mumbai Mirror, "Jacqueline really liked the script and has verbally given her nod to the project. It’s an inspiring story and she is looking forward to prep which will include some arduous training. The film is expected to roll next year."

Deborah Herold was the first Indian cyclist to compete in the Union Cycliste Internationale and has numerous gold medals under her belt.

Jacqueline Fernandez is currently working on an adaption of 2015 novel The Girl on the Train. She'd earlier said, "It’s a tricky book to adapt for the big screen and I want to make sure that we stay true to the book."

She hasn't commented on the Deborah Harold biopic herself at the moment.
