With Coke Studio Season 8 wrapping up the show with its upcoming seventh episode, it appears that the best has been saved for last as veteran singer Farida Khanum will finally make her highly awaited appearance.
Zishan Mansoor from the Malang Party will also perform on the show for the first time, while Seige and Alycia Dias are returning for their second tracks. Ali Zafar, whose 'Rockstar' is all the rage, will complete his set of three songs in this final episode.

The Malang Party will perform 'Dil Jale', a tuneful amalgamation of folk and industrial rhythm, which is written and composed by the group's frontman Zishan Mansoor.
The young Alicia Dias is collaborating with Junaid Younus and Ahsan Pervaiz of Seige to reinterpret their popular song 'Armaan' by giving it a groovy Caribbean touch.
Ali Zafar revisits Ghalib after singing a few of his couplets in his earlier song 'Jee Dhoondhta Hai' from the album Jhoom. His final song is 'Ajj Din Verhe Vich', a song penned by Shahnawaz Zaidi and accompanied by a prose passage by Ghalib. With a combination of a Turkish beat, harmonium and dholak, this song will be the mellow sign-off number of the eighth season.
