Hamza Bangash is a screenwriter and director at CityLights Productions. His short film 'Badal' played at Cannes SFC 2014. He is also the writer-director behind 'Rang Raaz: The Secret of Colour.' A Qalambaaz fellow, he is currently working on his feature film debut, which is slated for a 2018 release.
