Eid-ul-Fitr comes this year amidst a global pandemic and just days after a horrible tragedy.

What is usually a happy and wonderful occasion for which we get new clothes, prep delicious meals and make plans to see loved ones, this time around is a somber time; we're unable to leave the house, can't (as in really shouldn't) meet any family and friends. For many it is an even darker time as they mourn the loss of their loved ones in the terrible plane crash.

Usually every year, our celebrities share the festivities and wish their fans and followers a lovely Eid. This year, they took to social media to express their sorrow on the current situation of the country and the tragic incident.

They shared how we all feel

It is a tragedy of monumental proportions. It is not enough to just express sorrow for what fmiliese of those died. Some must have left young children behind or old folks they supported. I hope that all children of the victims in Schools or Colleges be exempted from paying tuition fee and old folks depended upon support from their children be given a pension by the government. All citizens of Pakistan donate, if their income is over Rs 10,000/- a month, just one time one percent of their income to support The families of the victims.

All Celebrities should contribute most generously. Poor people will offer prayers., but rich people should donate vigorously towards pilots who have done their best in trying to save the passengers and the aircraft. Pakistan govt should provide life-time pension, house plots and Free assistance of at least Rs. 50 Lakhs for construction of house, free education to their children and guarantee jobs for all children of those who died.
